WHY CAN'T WE LEARN

I believe the advice we kindly shower on each other during moments of difficulty are
tainted by the pain we’ve endured and the discomfort we feel from those memories.

I believe we all have the best intentions in the advice we give; but often the core of the words said are
empty because the adviser feels incompetent and the person listening is burdened by emotions.

Perhaps we never learn from our mistakes but perhaps it’s time to try.
