to be still.

Fragile is a word with a thick meaning.

it screams “please be careful. I break.” 

and when in describing another soul, 

it means that you are to tread carefully.

you’re supposed to with everyone, 

but the stamp of “fragile” sends you into a panic.

well all, I’m fragile. 

Does that mean I won’t survive?

No. But it does mean I need you to tread careful. 

Please.

Survival is hard when daily new wounds are severed into my heart.

it's just part of the story

the minute we let circumstances rule our emotional health

is the moment you no longer are you. 

don't shut down to see everything as if 

it's going downhill.

maybe a valley is the road for you right now.

give it time. it's just part of your story.
